About the job:
At the NCIA Command and Control (C2) Centre, we’re delivering secure, innovative, coherent, cost effective and interoperable communications and information systems solutions to enable command & control of NATO forces, where and when required. You will be joining our small but ambitious team of friendly and supportive colleagues at Enablement and Logistics, designing scalable, secure and high-performance systems that meet the operational needs of the NATO community.
Based in the Hague Netherlands we are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, analytical and passionate person with a strong focus on data analytics to support our Resource and Project Management Office (RPMO) in ensuring effective delivery and governance of key programs and projects. As part of the RPMO team, you will work closely with project managers, analysts, and business stakeholders to collect, analyse, and present data that supports strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. We’re a collaborative, growth-oriented team looking for sharp minds who can connect business goals with cutting-edge technical solutions. You will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of RPMO dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools;
- Collect, analyse, and visualize project and portfolio data using Excel, PowerBI, or similar tools;
- Support resource tracking, budget monitoring, and performance metrics reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness;
- Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in project data and propose actionable insights;
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders;
- Monitor risks and issues, dependencies, escalating when required; Identify trends, patterns and risks and escalate as needed;
- Support portfolio prioritisation, capacity planning, and resource allocation exercises;
- Support and organize project kick-off / review meetings, and related conferences.

About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline (Data Analytics, Project Management, Business Administration or similar) with 3 years post-related experience or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience
- Extensive work experience in administrative and coordination functions, preferably in the areas of project/service management, and financial management;
- In-depth experience in Project, Programme and Portfolio Support, with at least 3 years’ experience in Project Support functions;
- Proficiency with an enterprise project management tool, such as ServiceNow, MS Project, etc;
- Experience or strong interest in project environments and data-driven reporting;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, proficiency with advanced Excel functions, PowerBI;
- Experience in resource capabilities management;
- Formal Certification in Prince2 or similar (PMI/PMBOK) at the Foundation Level;
- Formal Certification in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) at the Foundation Level or similar.
Nice to Have
Certified Training in Risk Management- MoR or equivalent;
