1. OVERVIEW OF DIANA
The Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) is NATO’s newest body. From across the Alliance, DIANA will bring together innovators and operational end users to foster a transatlantic ecosystem supporting dual-use ground-breaking innovation in deep technologies.
DIANA is an independent NATO body comprised of an Allied Board of Directors and an executive management team - the DIANA Executive (DX). Operating out of regional offices in Europe and in North America, the DX will conduct DIANA’s mission: accelerating deep tech, dual-use solutions to critical transatlantic challenges in defence and security. The DX will use Challenge Programmes in line with a published Strategic Direction, as the primary vehicle to accomplish this mission. 2. OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
Duties of this role include:
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing HubSpot workflows and automations by identifying and resolving issues for seamless process execution
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions on HubSpot driving business process improvements and efficiency gains
- Design and build new HubSpot workflows
- Configure custom views and configurations in HubSpot to meet specific business needs
- Implement and configure HubSpot’s Service Hub for ticket and resolution management
- Assist in driving future integrations into DIANA’s current tech stacks forward
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration and adoption
- Collaborate effectively and efficiently with different stakeholders, e.g, DX Digital Strategy Advisor, HubSpot Project Officer external HubSpot implementation partners, business process owners, etc.
- Create, review and analyse data/project plan related to HubSpot integration and communicate status updates
- Drive the continued adoption of HubSpot across the business.
- Perform any other related duties as may be required.
In view of the nature and of the urgency of the temporary positions we are looking to fill, it is important for candidates to be available for temporary employment on short notice. In practice, this implies either being in possession of valid NATO security clearance at the time of application, or having been in possession of such a clearance with the possibility to reactivate it swiftly. We therefore only encourage applications for temporary positions if you are already, or have previously been, in possession of a valid NATO security clearance.
3. ROLE REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL
The incumbent must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot architecture, workflow automation and configuration (CRM and ServiceHub)
- Strong understanding of HubSpot APIs and integrations with third-party systems
- Minimum of 2 years of experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent knowledge of software testing and quality assurance processes and principles
- Very strong organizational skills and stakeholder management skills
NOTE: Most of DIANA’s internal work is conducted in the English language.
DESIRABLE
The following would be considered an advantage:
- HubSpot certifications
- Work experience in innovation accelerators or incubators
- Work experience in SaaS or high growth tech environments
- Knowledge of NATO institutional framework, policies and procedures.
DIANA has a flexible teleworking policy to permit working in office, at home, and across NATO Allied Nations subject to managerial approval. The successful candidate will receive a temporary contract of six months.
IMPORTANT: Appointment will be subject to receipt of a security clearance (provided by the national Authorities of the selected candidate).
